The pool and sauna were spotlessly clean, a great way to unwind after a busy day!

The pool area features a decent size, making it a good spot to unwind after a long day. The double room provides ample space, and the location's proximity to the airport is quite handy for quick access to flights.

Unfortunately, the poolside experience left much to be desired. The musty smell around the shallow end was off-putting, and the changing rooms were not up to par, filled with dust and lacking basic cleanliness. the advertised spa experience fell short with the distractions of kids' swimming lessons, which clashed with the relaxation you might seek. On the room front, I noted a bedside lamp that went unfixed throughout my stay, diminishing the convenience. While the hotel has its perks, the upkeep and facility aesthetic need a fair bit of attention to really bring it up to standard.

The leisure complex was fantastic—perfect for our family with kids! They loved the pool, with a delightful temperature, and the breakfast had plenty of hot options that got everyone excited to start the day.

My kids wished the noise levels were better managed, especially during events. A quieter room option for families would be ideal.

We had a fab time with our kids! Rooms were super clean and comfy. The staff were so nice. They even brought us extra towels for the pool. Breakfast was really delish, but parking was a bit tricky since it was busy. Definitely coming back soon!

The lounge's elegant decor and comfortable seating made it a lovely spot for some relax time. The accessible paths throughout the hotel were a true blessing for us seniors, making it easy to enjoy every corner without hassle.

i recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and it really exceeded my expectations. unlike my last stay in glasgow, the service here was warm and welcoming. i loved the spacious twin room and the fantastic pool area for unwinding after a day out.

no hairdryer in the room

My stay was mainly for a quick visit to the attractions nearby. The spacious quadruple room provided plenty of comfort for my family. We particularly enjoyed the clean pool and the facilities to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was welcoming and made our short stay quite enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay with spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options, including traditional Scottish fare. The staff were incredibly friendly and attended to our needs promptly, making us feel welcome. the air conditioning in the room could definitely use some improvement to ensure a more comfortable temperature.

but the walls are paper thin, couldn’t get a good sleep with all the noise from other guests. also, the water temp in the shower could’ve been better, was kinda cold.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. the dining experience was disappointing. the food resembled school cafeteria meals, and service was frustratingly slow, with a lengthy wait for any attention. The convenience of being close to the motorway was a plus, but overall, this hotel didn't meet my expectations.

The breakfast offered an impressive variety of choices, including traditional Scottish items that were absolutely delightful. the room I stayed in was cramped and not as described in the photos, lacking the promised amenities that I was looking forward to. A bit more attention to detail in room presentation could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Our stay for a celebration was delightful! The efficient check-in process ensured we could quickly enjoy the evening. Rooms were clean, and I especially loved the variety at breakfast. Definitely recommend trying the Flapjack – a sweet treat that adds a lovely touch to the morning!
